I'm going to annoy my favorite diecast companies until they make this:

Or, you know, not.

True, but not in 1:43 and 1:64, at least not by current companies...

Let's fill Auto World's, Matchbox's and Premium X's mailboxes then!

Yeah, I got one of those. It's close, but too small to be 1:64. It's closer to 1:67, if I remember correctly. Plus Johnny Lightning has gone under and there were no black Yenko Deuces.

they also did a red one. Hearing JL went under is news to me, but then again I haven't bought any 1:64 in a long time. I mainly collect 1:18

They did... about a year ago, I believe. I don't think it was ever made official, instead they quietly phased off their lineups and stopped updating their site and designer blogs. The crew responsible for JL's golden years banded together to create Auto World, though, so, in a sense, they live on in what is arguably the best diecast maker in the west today.

Yeah, I remember when that happened... I was trying to get a full set of GMP's 1:43 Yenko Novas when prices skyrocketed and I only managed to get two colorways. The reason they're back to using their old licenses, however, is because Greenlight bought them up. I'm not sure whether GMP will be a premium subsidiary or the other way around though...

yeah I dunno, I've hoping the quality is as good as the older stuff. I won a half off gift certificate at a Goodguys show so I'm going to buy one of the new models just can't decide on which one.
